After sauté the onion in butter add the rice, sauté a little, put a cup of white wine, let it evaporate and will adding the water with vegetable broth and prepare the risotto normally. In the end add the cheese, stir until it melts, correct the salt and pepper, and add the rest of the ingredients, keep stirring but not too much not to shatter the salmon.
